Battery Aging Equipment
Battery aging equipment is a high-precision test system used to verify the long-term reliability and performance of lithium battery cells and packs. By simulating real operating conditions — including charge/discharge cycling, temperature changes and long storage periods — it measures capacity fade, internal resistance growth and safety margins throughout the battery life cycle.
Each channel provides independent control with CC, CV, and pulse test modes, ensuring accurate evaluation under different current and voltage profiles. With high-accuracy sensors and real-time data logging, the system continuously records voltage, current, and temperature for capacity calculation and SoH (State of Health) analysis.
The equipment supports automated test scheduling, remote monitoring, and alarms for over-voltage, over-temperature, and communication faults, ensuring safe 24/7 operation. Optional thermal chambers allow tests from −40°C to +85°C, helping engineers predict lifespan under extreme environments.
Battery aging equipment is essential for mass-production quality control, cell sorting and pack development — ensuring every delivered product meets durability and safety expectations.
